Brazil Bank Chief, Senator Arrested as Corruption Probe Widens

Brazil's federal police arrested André Esteves, the CEO of Brazil's largest investment bank, and Sen. Delcidio do Amaral, of the ruling Workers' Party, in a widening of the Petrobras probe Wednesday.
